π¨ Project Manager – Signalling & Traffic Management
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Command, Control, Signalling and Traffic Management projects.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for driving delivery across the full project lifecycle — leading multidisciplinary teams, managing risks, and making sure everything lands on time, on budget, and to the expected standards.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading safe project delivery with a strong focus on a zero harm culture
- Managing projects to meet agreed scope, programme, and budget
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and making sure the right resources are in place
- Monitoring progress, identifying risks/issues early, and taking action where needed
- Reporting on project performance (planning, cost, resources, risk, earned value, etc.)
- Acting as the main point of contact for the client, building strong working relationships
- Managing change control and ensuring any changes to scope, time or cost are properly handled
- Making sure delivery aligns with internal processes and governance
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience delivering high-value engineering or infrastructure projects
- Background managing projects through the full lifecycle
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Good understanding of project controls (planning, cost, risk, commercial)
- Strong communication skills — able to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders
- Commercial awareness and experience working with contracts
- Comfortable working in regulated environments (rail experience ideal)
- Degree qualified (or equivalent), ideally in engineering
- APM qualification (nice to have, not essential)
